For existing clients we offer AnyDesk-based remote support. Download the right client for your operating system, start it, tell us the ID on the phone — we do the rest.

How it works

  1. Call us on your usual gigerIT number so we are ready to take the connection.
  2. Download the remote support client that matches your operating system.
  3. Run the file and tell us the AnyDesk ID that appears on screen.
  4. Confirm our connection request — and we are on your machine.

All connections are end-to-end encrypted. You see everything we do, and you can end the session at any time.
